Rain falls from a cloudy gray sky. Bits of sun break through,
I remember lazy sunny days
Morning dew, on neatly trimmed blades, of grass.

The mountain stands above, stark against the blue sky.
A peaceful walk through a peaceful place.
Another tiny bunch of words pulled from the vault.
Everything is entwined with invisible threads.
I don't want to scare the only ones that care about me away. I don't want to risk the loss of the ones I call family. I can't handle the loneliness.
Does tranquility truly exist?
Water crashes. Rumbles and echoes on the rocks.
There is no substitute for inner peace.
The river flows in front of me, spreading far and wide,
My attempt at a short and sweet poem with a lot of meaning to me right now.
I reside here Free from poking of pain
Sitting on a boat, in a tranquil river,
