A poem on the beauty of a forest, written from the sun's perspective. On prompt: anticipation. Hope you enjoy! :D <3
A tribute to my morning coffee. Triplet poem.
The calm before the storm.
She waits every day, and he loves her for it
//Your kisses are addictive, I'll never be the same//
"Every day I lie in wait for the one I love to turn her eyes to me."
Filled with the frustration brought upon by aggressive demoralization, I lie silent in aticipation waiting for the eventual dissipation of all we ever knew and loved...

Waiting for something to happen
A poem struggling to keep up with the passage of time
It was all lost within you...
How our view of anticipation changes as we grow
Oh my! Dear Three weeks from now
How will you taste your anticipation?
I stand on the shore and watch it approach.
Gasping for air, I struggle to breathe...
