This is a poem that i have been writing for the past few days based on some daily-prompts. So, it's something like a mega-daily-prompt-poem. Hope y'all like it. :)
A short poem: What do I want for my life, will I hold myself back? Who am I?
I just hope I can cling to this part of me. I hope I don't let the world pry it from my hands.
Spiraling thoughts roam endlessly in my mind's scape, I'm lost.
Youβve left me no choice, Other than to withdraw myself from you.
I loved, I hurt, and I walked away because I wanted better for myself. I still feel bad for wanting more and feel like i didnt say or give enough.
i thought i had fucked up again telling you to up and leave when i had wanted you to stay. i didn't though.
no one ever cares how you are when they ask - do they?
