i need to find something i want and really go after it. but what do i want?

A year ago, i wrote this to help myself calm down.
I was heading out to play a football tournament semi-final.
No, Im not mad, i was just in a lot of pressure.
I'm drowning, the waves crash over me. The waves are taking me under. The current is too strong right now.
How do I beat it? I can tread the water, I can swim in this storm but it's pulling me under...
it doesn't get much better ...and maybe it shouldn't either
