its surprising how i still love you. @vkpoetry
I was given the prompt "Lap" by one of my lovely readers and I hope you all enjoy! Empathy is dying out. A poem inspired by the prompt. Nightshade is beautiful. But it's poison. Just like the boy who broke your heart.*Edited* The feeling of struggling with an inner battle. A poem inspired by the Angel's Fall from Heaven, as described in the book Fallen by Lauren Kate. Be kind. You never know what its like inside someone's mind. How it feels when someone won't let you in. I promise I won't break you. Everyone has some kind of baggage. Take care, you reap what you sow. For the prompt, Farmer. Prompt of the day, overused. Thanks to all who read and enjoy🙂 A collaboration with @grunderground. A piece about duality. He started the poem, and our stanzas alternate per slide.(I.E. The first slide is him, then the next slide me, then him, etc.) Oblivion into nothingness. Feelings on Covid 19, and how society is handling it. Bad habits with life..... silent realizations. Memory lives in a glass cage.
Inspired by the book, The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chovbsky
