Before 2015, I never once said Grace when I ate.
When I saw my new friend saying Grace, he inspired me to do the same.
I can tell you two reasons why we should say Grace before every meal.
1. When God made us, he had to make us eat. That was the only way that we could exist.
He had to make us eat, but he didn't have to give us taste buds. He could've made us eat just for the sake of survival.
But God wanted eating to be a pleasant experience for us.
2. Many people in the world are starving.
God could've put you and I in a part of the world where people are starving, but he saw fit not to do that.
Those are the two important reasons why people should thank God for every meal. I thank him and I'll continue to do so until I die.
