Whether it’s you or someone you know going through a tough time and thinking really negative thoughts, please, please- talk about it. Get the help needed. Accept and give support.
I wish all the best for everyone, struggling or not.
I speak from experience when I say that you’ll feel happier again.
Last month, I felt really negative for over two weeks. I didn’t see why I was even still here, or what was the point. I was always crying, and didn’t enjoy the things I used to.
Things felt hopeless. And what made it worse was that while I was thinking really depressing thoughts, my mom said, “Look how happy she looks!”
I was scared of what I might do, so I desperately looked for a reason that I absolutely had to stay.
And I got them.
At first, they were my only reason to stay. They needed me. But there was so much love and happiness... And there were less dark thoughts.
So I exited that depressing couple of weeks. I’m happier. And I have much more reasons to stay (they were always there, though)
And while I still get dark thoughts and might be pulled down into that again... I’m doing better.
So what I was trying to get at was this: Things can get really awful. But eventually, you’ll be happier again. I don’t know how long that’ll take, or how awful things are...
But don’t give up yet. One day, things won’t be quite as terrible.
Also I’m here to show you these adorable pictures-
Love y’all, stay safe! I’m here for you. I know that’s not much, but... Really, I’m rooting for you
