Down in the mud, the fallen leaf lain.
With no one to talk, to laugh or cry.
Up there his old friends made fun of a flopped life.
There is nothing to do, no one to help or care.
Cried when thunder struck, shivered in the rain alone,
burned in the sun, wished for a drop of life.
Then a thrust of wind of positivity,
raised the leaf above others down below.
