A vivid nightmare I had once that I decided to make into a short poem/story

A quick poem I wrote, after feeling angry. What more can I say?

Never listen to what you're told to do. It may benefit you in the short term, but when it comes to your life, only you know what you want. Take it. Make it your own.

From a few thoughts I had, sitting by the riverside at Sumida river today.

We help so many people. And sometimes it is really important to remember when WE need help.

We all have urges that sneak up on us. Whether you'd like it or not.

Check out what happens recently, but through my eyes...Or not?

Give yourself a break. Help yourself every now and then.

It's not so easy to just not care.
