MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS OF ART
This is a research project about how art helps with mental “issues” I don’t know if anyone will like content like this but if you’d like more project about topics like this just comment one and I can do a project about it:)

Art can also help with your self esteem because when you finish a project you really like you get to look at it and be like “wow I really did this” an it makes you feel really good inside. (know from experience)

Self discovering and self esteem . Creating art can help to discover who you are. You might wonder how and it’s because when you’re doing art you kinda just let your mind and hands do all the work. You don’t reply focus on anything else but your art. And you can discover new patterns or colors etc that you didn’t know you liked.

Worry about school or work or just personal life things. So taking that little break off your brain can help bu giving you a break to do something fun but also a break for your brain to be creative and think outside the box. It’s also proven that doing art can release dopamine which is a chemical in your brain that technically is supposed to make you feel happy.

Helping with stress and mental “issues”. When your stressed out or have a lot on your mind, even mental “issues” can be stressful at times but art can really help with that. It’s a proven fact that 45min of art can greatly release stress. You’re probably wondering how and it’s because when you stop an take like 30-45min out of your busy day to give your brain something else to focus on and think about,you don’t have to

Expressing yourself. Art is also just another way to express yourself. Sometimes when we people go through tuff times it’s not always the easiest to talk to someone about it and just explain what’s going on. That’s why when you do art it can help yo express your emotions wether your expressing them with the colors you use it shapes it what the actual drawing, painting, or sculpture etc is.
