*Trigger Warning* This is a poem about a school shooting. Since hearing about Uvalde I have not been able to get those images out of my head. Writing has been the only way to process any of it.

I have something to confess. There is no key to happiness.

It's hard thinking you're a writer When it comes to discipline I've never been a fighter

Sometimes I feel lost Think about leaving but can't handle the cost

The bond between brothers can be everlasting.
