This was written at a time that I wanted to give up, when I was at my lowest. But instead of making a short solution to a long term problem, I decided to write, and through that, heal.
I have multiple physical/mental illnesses that can be partly remedied (when I’m lucky) by rocking back and forth when I am feeling anxious, overwhelmed, sick, or when I disassociate.

A poem about why we shouldn't worry about certain days and events because it's never as bad as we think it is. Probably inspired by my upcoming exams...I'm sure they wont go as bad as I think.
