I think this is Tanka #2 from me. A quick write, admittedly inspired by @skye 's amazing tanka on today's prompt, weather. Also, feel free to point out if my syllable counts are ever wrong. Lol
The sunlight and rain The perfect storm doesn't feign
A Tankha about the weather and a day where you are weathered and something good appears
I love my city, but it does have some problems that it needs to address. Ironically I'm writing this on the one day of the year that is sunny, but they say its the best disinfectant so perhaps its all...
I miss the cold weather and the snow . . . I don't miss shoveling the snow, though.
Consumed by wanderlust, and my internal struggle with it.
I write poems in the middle of my classes- Here's one!
