I sit alone in my room, I'm hurt, not physically.
The first step out of bed in the morning, has always been the hardest for me to take.
If you swim, you know, the relief felt when returning from below,
I finally got out of it. I tried for months and I couldn't get out of it. but now i am ... i hope
