A story of me. And an accident- a natural disaster. This is the story of my great survival.

If it wasn't for the Bloody Pile of Bodies Under Me

If it wasn't for the huge cushion under me,

If it wasn't for the huge cushion under me, I would have been dead.

If it wasn't for the huge cushion under me, I would have been dead. Here I am, lying down,

If it wasn't for the huge cushion under me, I would have been dead. Here I am, lying down, Thinking of what lies ahead.

My body was numb,

My body was numb, My head felt light,

My body was numb, My head felt light, It was quite painful,

My body was numb, My head felt light, It was quite painful, As my stomach churned tight.

God get me out of this,

God get me out of this, I cannot survive.

God get me out of this, I cannot survive. This is it!

God get me out of this, I cannot survive. This is it! Surely the end of my life.

The last thing I remember,

The last thing I remember, Is the sirens that rung,

The last thing I remember, Is the sirens that rung, My vision got blur,

The last thing I remember, Is the sirens that rung, My vision got blur, As I was lifted up.

The only thing I knew,

The only thing I knew, Is that it was the building that shook.

The only thing I knew, Is that it was the building that shook. As I later found out,

The only thing I knew, Is that it was the building that shook. As I later found out, It was the Earth that did.

Indeed,

Indeed, If it wasn't for the bloody pile of bodies I fell on,

Indeed, If it wasn't for the bloody pile of bodies I fell on, The bodies that cushioned me,

Indeed, If it wasn't for the pile of bodies I fell on, The bodies that cushioned me, I would've been dead.

The Earthquake.
