“Where is this coming from?!” Ivy’s voice sounded desperate and scared. “I don’t know, but this isn’t natural.” Jake said. “You mean this is man made?” Ivy asked in shock. Jake found a place to take cover
In a small cave Jake and Ivy had since little children, they did they’re best to hide away from the chaos. Ivy gasped as she saw people being burned alive. She hid in Jake’s arms.
Then she lifted her head up quick. “The kids!” She shouted and ran out of the cave. “Ivy! Stop!” Jake chased after her. “I know where they are! I overheard them after school, they wanted to check out newly built bridge!”
“Ivy! We have to go back!” Ivy did not stop running. When Jake and Ivy got to the bridge it was only slightly quieter, but it felt even more sinister. Ivy gasped for air and Jake stood along side her. She fell to knees and stared into nothing. “No...”
Jake quickly kneeled next to Ivy to comfort her. Every student she knew and cherished all died with one fireball shot. The bridge was untouched. Ivy tried to run to them but Jake held her back. “There’s nothing we can do.” He voice cracked.
Ivy choked on her sobs. “We need to go.” Jake softly said. After a few seconds Ivy looked straight into Jake’s eyes with a cold stare. “I know who did this.”
