Weird idea for the planet collab (contest?)

Weird idea, I wanted to use a similar cipher to the one Poe uses in "A Valentine", it is revealed at the end.

I wrote this in highschool as a direct response to an assignment I disliked, sadly the teacher didn't quite appreciate it.

Entry for the poetry battle, I tried making a sestina for the first time, but could only fit three stanzas and the envoy in the word limit. Hopefully a bedtime story is relevant enough for the prompt
