Once my arms were lions, pure, beautiful, unmarked,

Stripes are for tigers

Once my arms were lions,

pure, beautiful, unmarked,

I kept it all inside me,

I could hide behind a mask.

I fought against my mind,

A battle of fire and fury,

This battle will go down,

In no one's history.

An attack I lost,

A conflict I despise,

depression is my prize,

sanity is far gone in my mind.

My arms are now tigers,

Marked with ink of how I am vengeful,

I will hide them no longer,

For stripes are for tigers, not you angels.
