Woooohoooo no 9 to 5.

You're right, it's not a 9 to 5 job, it's a 24/7/365 job. You really have to love what you do. If you aren't passionate about what you're doing, it's going to be obvious, and to everyone.

You can't keep fighting to keep a bad idea going, you have to take a step back and look at who you're getting feedback from. What do they have to lose by being honest with you about things?

Launching your company.

If you launch, and no-one notices, launch again. Brian Chesky, the CEO of Airbnb, said they launched 3 or 4 times to finally get people to notice.

Productivity is key

"You can't half ass two things. You need to whole-ass one." If you're focusing on more than one goal, it's impossible to put the 110% needed to have any chance at success.

Failing is okay. In fact, it's encouraged.

You learn so much more out of failing than you think. Knowing what not to do gives you a huge advantage.

Surround yourself with like minded people.

If you surround yourself with 9 losers, the only thing I can guarantee is you'll be the 10th.
