The bubbles create a screen in front of my eyes.
The streams of light dance with every turn of my head.
Deeper and deeper I float downwards.
I feel like Alice. But instead of white rabbits there are glowing jellyfish.
I feel at home and clear headed in this watery world.
Then I realize I’m not floating in the open water of the ocean.
I’m laying in the bath with my head under the water.
I surface and return from the liquid safe haven.
I’m once again breathing air and no longer underwater.
