Pain when you lose someone

Pain Some pain are knotting; Some pain are rotting; Some pain give pleasure; Some pain who can measure? It carves deep gorges in our heart; It cuts unsealing gaps in our mind; It brings us to the low that we cannot imagine; It brings us to the silence so lonely.

I pray your pain heals with gentle tug of time; It is today that we have little time; Yesterday is long gone after the gnawing blow; Tomorrow is so sweet but never seizes to glow. Hope today you baby your little unsealing pain; Experience the fresh air after winter rain; Hope loosing today is not your future baby pain; Hope you feel all there is to see and smell.

Love and time is strongest remedy; Hope you soak yourself the love that you share; We all do and I hope you too care; Live today as today is all we have. Laugh a little crazily; See truly and deeply; Smell some tulips or lilac today; Pinch harder so you do not wake up today. Friends: Live little today and now. Love Sandhya Shrestha
