I've come to the realization that monsters are real.

But not in the way we think they are.

They don't have black beady eyes or long, sharp claws.

They don't have vicious snarls or deadly stares.

Instead, they have stunning smiles painted on their face.

They have charming looks and witty comebacks.

They are smart and fit in anywhere in the world.

Perhaps, that's what makes them so terrifying.

Because I've come to a horrific realization.

Monsters are real.

And they exist inside us.
