More Than Friends

I didn't even recognize him

when he walked in the room

How could I not notice

Always taking away my gloom

Maybe I should ask him to hang out

But would he understand ?

I just want to be around him

maybe be more than friends

It would never work out, I know

He is much older and more mature

But maybe one day he will really see me

I can win his heart one day, I'm sure.
