Lunatics

by ronnie

Luna

Lunatics

Driven by the moon

For where we are from

We are astronauts

Stuck on earth

As the moon pulls waves attempting

To bring us home

To where we are not mentally insane

But gravity is our capture

And we cannot escape

We cannot escape

We cannot escape

Outstanding. You harnessed this poem to a little known but much written about syndrome, lunacy. The moon is a major actor in world literature. Great poem.!!
