The lessons I learned in 2018 and my most vulnerable thoughts to date in a collection of 4 poems and one bonus poem (5 in total).

Vulnerable Thoughts and Valuable Lessons - Whole Series

It would work my tears like a water way

Come let’s watch the rain as it’s falling down

Now let’s do that song for Peep

Now my tears are falling down

All I can do is weep

These artists aren’t around

Usually tears tears mean sleep

But this crying comes from a different explanation

The death of XXXTentacion just hit me like nuclear bombs rock a nation

Im having an awful realization

Will never make music again

Come watch my tears and they dribble down my face again

My eyes are in pain again

My heart aches again

It’s strange

My crying hit a new range

Music flipped a new page

November 29th, 2018 - My Mind

I’m worn out

Let’s unwind

My ears could use a music bout

I had lyrics in my head that could be mined

And there was a gem of a song that I dug out

November 30th, 2018 - My Mind

I should have been kind

Music like this is hard to find

Sweet voice like honey

The man who’s death I found funny

The music that helped me

Songs that turned me into a cry baby

A way to help my melancholy

November 29th, 2018 - My Mind

The man who’s music helped my feelings connect wit my humankind

Let my darkest emotions become entwined

Would never ease another mind

And that’s a blessing in disguise

Saying what I said may seem wrong

Since He helped me through so much and now he’s gone

But it’s time I start helping myself

My own music is the most heartfelt

November 30th, 2018 - Poems Last Thoughts

Some may have caught

I barely put peep in my talk

To tell the truth

Like I promised I’d do

That was the first time I listened to him

But that doesn’t mean I don’t dig his rhythm

Nor that his death doesn’t give the same lesson

Thank you to everyone who reads this, and a big thank you to people who tell me I’m talented. I love you all and I wish you the best in life.
