What of the contest of love?

by rancelandstrong

Upon Elvin ear falls a melody of melancholy, a call of Death. a melody that brings end to all.

From a loving breath brings new life, from a corpses last brings strife. From the hair of a lamb's: Salvation. From the hair of a bird's: Damnation.

This is a certainly a dark pean to love. The words a lyrical and well chosen for their common symbolism. This was a good poem. I can't wait until your next poem.
