I got in the 57' Mustang with sunset a few hours from now. The boys were waiting for me; Honey Comb, Lil' Joey, Graham Cracker and McAllister.
I wasn't sure how tonight would turn out, but I didn't have much of a choice anymore. With trees passing in the view, my mind raced as houses disappeared out of sight.
Since my first and only year of college, the boys and I were close and closer than could be. Inseparable almost. They asked me for something, I did it without questioning.
I asked for a favor, they wouldn't hesitate to fulfill it.
I stepped on the brakes hard enough to make them squeal as I had gotten lost in my head. With an abrupt stop, I threw my arm over the passenger headrest and threw the car in reverse.
Then I took the one sharp turn I had missed. I had traveled this route many times, never once had I missed the turn. With Mutter in mind, I pulled into the lot. It was time to do her a favor.
I grabbed the bag from the rear as I parked the car. Stepping from the car, I began walking towards the building. An old airport hanger, abandoned but not.
The cops did not bother trying to kick us out. They knew this was our shop, area, hangout. As long as we didn't cause trouble we were kids in their eyes.
"Yo, it's Red Riding Hood."
I hated that name, much rather they stuck with Red, but it seems like Joey disliked me the most.
"Let Red in."
I pushed past him, it was easy when I towered almost a full foot over him. I smirked and continued to walk in.
SIG SAUR P320 to my head. Boy he was foolish. I had it out of his hands before he could do anything.
"Haven't I proved that I don't want you, despite who I like?"
Honey comb's voice came from the video game room.
