*A week later*
~3rd Person POV~
Harry is constantly avoiding Draco, if he sees him in the hallway he'll turn the other way. If Draco came up to him he'd either ignore him or walk away.
This upset Draco, his crush on Harry had only grown since the kiss. He just wanted to talk to Harry about what happened and was turned away every time he tried to confront Harry.
Draco was slowly starting to doubt himself and his friendship with Harry.
"Does he still want to be friends with me? Did that kiss mean anything? Was I not good enough, is that why he ran away? Does he like me? He probably doesn't or else he wouldn't have run away"
Draco is breaking down in his dorm room and Blaise walks in and runs over to hug Draco.
Blaise looks at Draco with worry, "What's wrong? What happened?" Draco just shakes his head and sobs more into Blaise's shirt.
Blaise pulls Draco closer and they both sit there for several minutes, Draco sobbing into Blaise's chest.
Once Draco calmed down Blaise questioned him again, "What happened?
" Draco took a few breaths and then began to explain, "Weasley got mad at Harry for becoming friends with me and I helped comfort him and....we kissed.....
but after, he ran away and now he's avoiding me and it's making me very self-conscious." Blaise gives a look of shock and slight anger. He sighs and stands up walking towards the door.
"I'm going to go talk to him." Draco's eyes widen, "No, don't! That will just make it worse!" Blaise glares at Draco, "Make it worse?! Look what's happening to you already!!"
Draco just looks down at his lap, "I know but....I just don't want to make him hate me more than he probably already does.
" Blaise sits back down and pulls Draco closer, "I doubt he hates you, maybe he just thinks that you didn't want to kiss him or something.
" Draco looks up, confused, "Why would he think that? I kissed him back.
" Blaise gives him a blank look, "Did you forget how oblivious he is?" Draco's expression turns to realization and he gets up and leaves, "I'm going to go talk to him."
