can you believe the stars

constellations are like families

each one a country with their own people

and the people shine together to

form their own shapes and cultures

just like us on earth, they have

wars, brilliant lights clashing until stars

fade, for the light we see from stars

could be the remnants of one long gone

only because the light is too far away

for us to mourn at right times

and really, war here is the same

death being the fringe of what is remembered

in bloody history, but when you

look up at the sky,

do you see separate constellations

or do you see a night of stars

and the constellations shining

together?
