just some thoughts about our world today. no hate please.

a twisted world

a twisted world

lots of chaos

hearts shattering

souls dying

it's a twisted world

and we're living right in the middle of it

there's racism

saying one color is privileged

well guess what

we're equal

there's sexism

saying men are more important than

women not getting paid equal

women marching down the streets

they deserve equality

you do to

there's segregation

separations of ethnicity

yet void of the simple fact

we cant change where we came from

there's pain

there's trauma

some little boys

lying to their momma's

they got big bruises

wonder where those came from

you choose it

don't matter stuck on those streets

its confusing

why the world is broken

political forces aligning and declining

all in hope of not losing

wish we weren't here being used

wish the riots stopped

we need the protests

we need the court

but why do we have to hide based on who we define

i wish the world healed

took away all this pain

wanna be free

free at last

but this world is twisted
