Grandma

by nightwishes

They told me yesterday My grandma had passed away

I felt the tears rushing through my ears coming out of my eyes It was inevitable to tell lies

But I tried it still Making it all seem sill

Trying to remember her laugh As she walked And talked

Now I know it is true She’s up there in the blue

with you, grandad so I can’t be mad

that they took her away on this beautiful day since she’s up in the sky with no more goodbye

only an adventures ride

with you by her side
