powder and gloss

first concealer, to cover the sleepless nights. then the powder, to make things appear alright.

mascara, waterproof, doesn't much hold to tears. eyeliner, it just can't cover, when you have been crying out for years.

more concealer, too much to hide. sparkly eye shadow, doesn't quite mask the pain inside.

finally the lip gloss, shiny and bright. if I can attract someone, it'll all be alright.
