for (you, life_decide_to_turn_180_degree) : print (“me too”)
Just last year felt like the longest yet the shortest year of my life.
It was Preliminary exams, AS Level, college application, college decision, more Prelims A level, then farewell party, then graduation, then more farewells
and then last goodbyes…
5 years ago, when I first step into middle school, I was excited to grow up
4 years ago, I was beginning to feel more comfortable in my studies and exploring areas of “love”
3 years ago, I had a taste of break-up (self-initiated LOL)
2 years ago, I began to fear that time is flying by
At this point, I am beginning to miss those simple times when we use to laugh at our teacher’s silly jokes, when we begged for early lunch and dismissals,
when we would skip class for prefect duties and even waking up early and meeting all my friends in class.
Although I never regretted anything through my high school years, if I was given the chance, I would focus more on building friendships instead of academics, maybe even do more stupid things :P.
When I finally reach the brink of my high school years,
I REALIZE THE ONLY THING YOU REMEMBER ISN’T CALCULUS OR NEWTON’S LAW BUT THE FRIENDSHIP YOU BUILT ALONG THE WAY…
