I see the image through my lens
and I know that this is it.
My fingers play their way,
to find the perfect click.
Eager for the shutter sound, my heart skips and kicks.
The picture I took,
is just a nanosecond of the day.
But the picture that beholds,
is a sculpture born to stay.
I don’t know a lot about perfect sequences,
I'm just an amateur in a game well played.
I lift my eyes to the world-
I lift my eyes to the world- with its hints of vintage I’m yet to see-
still moving rapidly.
As long as I continue to witness you with my heartbeat,
discovering the beauty in every little, my own alarm.
Then an amateur I’ll always be.
I look in every corner, for the next shot,
I'll make a moment and see what's all in me, on the screen in between.
Each picture a story in its own,
with a magazine of emotions,
I’ll relive- I hope.
Each picture a moment every person to experience
and their magazine of thoughts,
and their magazine of thoughts, I’d love to hear.
I see the image through my lens
and I know that this is it.
Just me and my camera.
The world awaits!
