love, life and luminous lights left flickering as the peace floats passing out of power
the pink peonies from the park where we danced shift to grey
the engraved cursive writing of your smile fades away
grasping at the gargantuan gap in the sand where nostalgia goes to die
fingers curl, clash & cramp until I can’t hold on longer, crashing from a million miles high.
all I have are dusty drawings and withered songs to remember our final hour
still there is no sensation as sickening as sensual sweet memories gone sour
