THEY

A POEM BY STORIES BEHIND EYES

AUTHOR: NANCY LAUREL

THEY WAIT....

If you hold still They won't harm Your blood they won't steal. They have a special charm.

They hunt at night It's when They prowl To take a nasty bite. At the hoo of an owl.

Where can one hide ? If outside If inside They will find, They are very smart They have a unique mind. Flesh is their art.

The more you move The more they groove Towards you.... Like a t rex Senses by reflex To get you and no regrets So what to do?

If you start to sleep, It will fade away And drift to a dream so deep. Zzzzzz zzzzz zzzzz

Man!.. Where's that off spray!!! This mosquito Had it's last day!!! Had it's last taquito In my oido

Buzz off!!!! Stupid bug, I'll show you whos boss..

Zzzz zzzz splattttt.... Yea now whos the dead bat Haha!!!!

Now to really rest And dream, deam And forget about pest....
