Anger is part of every personality.. Some express and some do not some get hurt or hurt other
some suppress it within self .. hide with fake smiles.. or utter slang to describe it as anger is such a facet of life.. if you show you are rude.. if you hide you suffer..
some can neglect it.. smile and move on in life.. whereas some retrospect it.. and correct it.. to recover the mistake if made
some keep quiet., think over it.. be silent..
some cry to forget whatever happenned .. talk over it to relax one’s mind
some cook to ease out the anger and jabber out the pain..
some dance to tap away the anger
some listen to music or audio books,podcast todivert thier mind.. so called music therapy.. to keep the odd situation at bay..
some meditate to cool down breathe in and breathe out so that the anger can be swiped out..
watch tv or videos to forget the past and present..
when one gets no way to relief mind he or she shout out to burst out the suppressed anger..
