It’s been a month since I got kicked out of heaven. I’ve moved into my own apartment, and I think that I could stay here for a long time. There isn’t a television though, but I’m fine with that. My student teacher job is almost done, since the school year is finished. I need to start finding another job. I search up “jobs for 15 year oldsthat pay well”. I’m not that good at typing. I
correct myself and see a tutoring site. I think, 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘳! 𝘐’𝘮 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵. 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬. I click on the website, and read it. I’m going to charge $30 per hour for middle/high schoolers and $17 for elementary kids. I sigh, flop down onto the guest bed, and pass out from exhaustion. I have to brace myself for the last day of being a student teacher.
I arrive extra early and set up some stuff. I bought some Oreos and lollipops for the kids. Damien, a quiet little kid, enters first. He tugs on my shirt sleeve, (yes I did buy more clothes) and mumbles, “I’ll miss you Laila...” I smile and ruffle his hair. He’s really smart, but isn’t very social, so this is a huge step for him. I hand him four Oreos. I say, “You can bring your parents
to my apartment if you want. I can help tutor you in the summer.” His face lights up and he nods, then hurries to his seat to take out his supplies. The rest of the kids rush in before morning meeting. I am busy handing out Oreos. ☁︎☀︎☀︎☁︎ We said our goodbyes, and I have sent home a notice about
my tutoring program. I start printing out flyers, and went out to hang them up.
Yesss! Thrown Out of Heaven is back! I’ve overcome my writer’s block! But... I won’t be posting too often, since I have summer reading to do, ugh.
Anyways. Guess what? Kim hacked used my iPad and typed, “and I farted. THE END.” Luckily, I found out 😒 See you, uh maybe... next week? Or tomorrow? Idk 😐
