I don't know when I last cut. I didn't remember the date.

Temple

I don't know when I last cut.

I didn't remember the date.

Often I don't remember cutting.

But I think it was the end.

I want the scars healed.

A tattoo will cover them.

I won't cut on a tattoo.

Maybe someday I'll be covered.

Head to toe in ink.

Probably not.

But my favorite spots to cut.

They will be covered in art.

I will take this scarred form,

and turn it into a masterpiece.

A temple to that which I love.

Family, god, the world.

I have trouble loving me.

But I will love my temple.
