Technical Info for the Escape Plan/Going Dark Series

This is a Glock 19, a semiautomatic handgun that uses 9mm ammunition. Claire and Frank both use this as their handgun of choice.

Claire's Glock 43 from 'Going Operational, Part 2'

This is Michael's primary handgun, a Smith & Wesson M&P9. Like the Glock 19, it uses 9mm ammunition. It first appears in Making Contact.

This is Michael's backup handgun, a Smith & Wesson M&P9c. It is just a smaller version of his M&P9, and can use the same 17 round magazines or it's own 12 round magazines, like in this pic

This is a Steyr AUG carbine. It uses 5.56x45mm ammunition. Michael uses one in Escape Plan when he picks Claire up.

This is an AR-10 rifle. It fires .308 Winchester ammunition. This is Frank's rifle of choice, and first appears in Escape Plan

This is Claire's CZ Scorpion Evo-3 carbine. It fires the same 9mm ammunition as her Glock and first appears in Escape Plan.

This is Michael's short- barreled AR-15. It fires 5.56x45mm ammunition. It first appears in Going Dark Part 1

Frank's short barreled AR-15 with a 1-6 power scope. It first appears in Actions at the Objective, Part 1.

This is a Benelli M4 12 gauge shotgun. Frank is holding one when Claire & Michael arrive at the first safe- house in Making Plans.

A Russian PKM Machine Gun This is the 'belt fed' Michael & Frank refer to in Going Dark, Part 2.

Hector Rivera's Remington 700 from 'Going Operational, Pt. 2' While not mentioned in the story itself, the rifle is chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum

In 'Going Operational' Claire asks Frank if he has any Stingers. She is referring to the FIM-92 Stinger, which is a shoulder fired missile designed to shoot down low flying aircraft.

The M67 Fragmentation or 'Frag' Grenade uses a small amount of plastic explosives to throw a deadly cloud of metal fragments in a sphere roughly 50 feet in diameter. Once the ring is pulled, the fuse delays the explosion for 4-5 seconds.

Frank mentions that he has several RPG-7's in 'Going Operational' The RPG-7 is a Russian made Rocket Propelled Grenade designed for use against armored vehicles.

This is an example of a Plate Carrier like the one Claire uses in Actions at the Objective, Part 1.

This is Claire's watch, a Seiko SKX007

This is a PVS-14. It is a third generation night vision monocular and appears in Going Dark, Part 2

A SOFT-TW tourni- quet. The best way to quickly stop an arterial bleed from a limb. Frank has one in Making Contact.

A bellyband is simply an elastic band with pockets for guns, magazines, etc. It wraps around the waist and allows low profile carry without the need for a gun belt.

This is a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, just like the one Hank flew in Actions at the Objective, Part 1
