Sudden Change brings fear as an unseen paper cut rips through the mundanity of hand sanitizing. We look to the mundane with feigned scorn, hiding our true relief at the veneer of control.
Sudden change brings an end to that veneer of control and safety, like the sanitizer pouring directly into that unseen paper cut. Where we go from there depends on whether we know the One truly in control and the Promises He makes to His own or we believe our hope is in the futile sanctums of man's power, only given him in its childish limitations, by the One, Messianic King, Jesus ..... 1 John 4 "There is no fear in love the perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment, the man who fears is not made perfect in love......" Why? Because Jesus has taken the punishment for those written in the Book Of Life and therefore there is no more fear.
1 John 4:18 (NASB) 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. Why does the son and daughter of God not fear? Because they stand in the Truth that ALL PUNISHMENT for their sins has been perfectly endured and ALL Justice served by their Messiah, Jesus.
There are two options we have in discerning what is happening in the redeemed lives regarding changes that can invoke fear. If we have sinned then we need to understand, our father loves us and he will #1 DISCIPLINE us to bring us to a more mature and Christ like state of mind, body and soul so that we stay in the faithful context and mindset of Blessed Assurance.
Hebrews 12:7-8 (NASB) 7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.
The last option we have for perceiving that which is occurring in our lives as individual sons and daughters of God, is #2 Blessing. As His children, punishment has been done away with, discipline is for our good, becoming more like our Messianic King Jesus every day and and therefore all else is Blessing. .....
Deuteronomy 28:3-6 (NASB) 3 "Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. 4 "Blessed shall be the offspring of your body and the produce of your ground and the offspring of your beasts, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock. 5 "Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. 6 "Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.
Deuteronomy 28:7-8 (NASB) 7 "The LORD shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way and will flee before you seven ways. 8 "The LORD will command the blessing upon you in your barns and in all that you put your hand to, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you.
Deuteronomy 28:9-11 (NASB) 9 "The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, as He swore to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways. 10 "So all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will be afraid of you.
Deut 28:11-12-11 "The LORD will make you abound in prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your beast and in the produce of your ground, in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you. 12 "The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
Deuteronomy 28:13-14 13 "The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you only will be above, and you will not be underneath, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I charge you today, to observe them carefully, 14 and do not turn aside from any of the words which I command you today, to the right or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
