Night Train

by Louise Tardif

This dark train moves through the night

Each station a passing light Of parallel universes, An unknown sight.

The ones we stop at give us a glimpse of their lives,

All the same: Two twin bulbs Sharing a post

Flickering words on a black board

And the eyes of the man Who watches you leave

Stories We Think You'll Love

Your words give me wings and transport me to another world I used to know.
