by limerence

Bring me inside and shelter me from the rain.

Take me to where the sun lasts longer than the pain.

Show me where wild flowers grow.

Take me wherever you go.

I'm tired and I need a hand to hold.

Forgive me, I am feeling bold.

But no one would do, except for you.

This is an incredible sensitive and tender poem. I loved it. The wording was not overwhelming. It was sweet and easy to imagine the lovely relationship. Great poem!!!
