Insecurity.

Insecurity

The sun shone brightly on her darklit face,

Hurriedly you hid with haste,

I stood still and caught your gaze,

Imbued I felt, in beauty's embrace.

A tear dripped upon your cheek,

The girl always assumed she's weak,

She falters even when she speaks,

Yet everytime a word she sneaks,

That heavenly smile is all I seek.

Yet she is still embarassed by her looks,

From her scars, to her spots, and how her nose crooks,

But one fated glance is all it took,

To see how your charm got me hooked.

She said leave me, with eyes of plea,

She will never be good enough, She said to me,

Oh angel, if you could only ever see,

You are beautiful and you are worth it, you will always will be.
