I sunk my teeth in a pastry I didn’t know what it was So I asked the lady What is this called? It’s so delicious Can I have more please?
The lady smiled and said of course I ate two more and half of another Eating those pastries filled me up My heart almost felt like bursting Tears streamed down my face And landed on my pastry I told her that I couldn’t eat the last bite
The lady came over And patted my back She said there, there It will be alright I said thank you I’m actually happy It’s just that I love your pastries Too much that I can’t leave
I knew she’d make me more It just felt like the last time The last time they would taste so sweet Those pastries made me happy Those pastries I still want to eat
