I split the pie into two and gave it to the adoration. I spill the ink into my skin and write the future in it. I trade my soul not for a moment but for a lifetime with you. I fly not for the sake of the ground but for them to see the colors of our sky. I choose you over condemnation. No intolerants can make our roses pale. I close my ears to the vile of criticisms.

Freedom

I split the pie into two and gave it to the adoration. I spill the ink into my skin and write the future in it. I trade my soul not for a moment but for a lifetime with you.

I fly not for the sake of the ground but for them to see the colors of our sky. I choose you over condemnation. No intolerants can make our roses pale. I close my ears to the vile of criticisms.

No fear can come to those who truly love. They say we're different and unusual. A contradiction to what is common. I get to live but not to love freely. A prisoner of the orthodoxu.

They didn't know our love is gender free. Having you is what freedom means to me.
