The best things in life come unexpectedly.

An Uninvited Guest

I am in search for that uninvited guest,

He visited me when I was a naive mess

Quite unfamiliar with taste of wine

A person brought up in a shrine

With him he was carrying dangling bells

That weave music caramelized

Everyday day I waited at the door

Begun dancing as his bells untied

In his presence I learnt rhythms sweet

A little poetry enough to abandon the beads

Journey I marked from my house to him

Every step was revolt against transfixed customs

From him I learnt the lesson to throw cards

To bet my life to be alive

I gained as well as lost

Around him I always counted blessings of divine

Now that he is gone

I cannot even hear his melodious song

I search for him night and day

Among the stars, into busy abyss human marketplace.
