Lost souls jump aboard the frigate of transformation.
Help the world see its emancipation.
If you give up out of desperation.
Who will help see the new worlds creation?
Sometimes we harbour a desire for death.
Treading in the ocean of life struggling for breath.
Sometimes alone in body or just in mind.
There is a truth in troubled waters that we can find.
The fact that survivors of depression should not leave the world behind.
This earth so blue.
Every little kind gesture you do.
Causes a ripple or two.
And when the tsunami ensues
You have to remember you are valued too.
You have to ride the wave.
Even when you see the world is so depraved.
Your life in tatters and the end you crave.
You must never swim towards the grave.
For you can be a lifeguard and others you can save.
And perhaps contribute to the blue world.
Let optimism finally unfurl.
Take deep breaths and climb aboard.
There is no backing down.
We should move forward listening for the feint sound.
Of the siren.
Be the beacon.
That guides the lost.
You are worthy you must see this at all costs.
For at sea many are lost.
Brace for the storm.
For there is always the light of new dawn.
All hands-on deck!
No one should choose death!
Life is never plain sailing.
Without the crew the cruise is doomed to failing.
So, when life seems derailing.
Remember the keel.
The crux of why the boat stays afloat.
No matter how you feel.
The world needs depressions survivors.
To remind us
Of the things that were forgotten, when no one lived to tell the tale.
