Sometimes we struggle to live existence.
The only thing we can do is have persistence.
While the whole world screams desistence.
We have to push through with insistence.
Through the bars of the mental prison.
We have to have courage and vision.
And never listen to doubt and worries.
These thoughts can set us in flurries.
These bars built by our life's bullies.
Every little voice of doubt
Sprouted from the ones that knocked us down
Building brick for brick until there is a wall all around.
We have to have our head to the sun and feet on the ground.
And be proud
Of what we have achieved
And finally then we may leave the mental prison.
So have vision, that dusky dark cell where you dwell.
Is simply the one of the minds spells.
Cast it away and break down the walls.
And stand tall.
