There will be days where you don't want to get out of bed, because you feel the weight of anxiety pushing you down the minute you open your eyes. And that's okay.
There will be times when you think everyone is against you and you think no one will ever understand. And that's okay too.
There will be moments when you want to scream all your pain away and let someone in to help, but instead wallow away into the dark part of your mind. And that's okay too, but remember this.
You're still here.
You still get out of bed, throwing as much anxiety away as you can, even though it's still there. And that's great.
You still talk to people even when you think they aren't listening or able to understand it all. And that's great too.
You still allow yourself to laugh even though it only hides the part of you who wants to scream. And that's great too because...
You're strong and fighting a battle within yourself that never seems to stop. You are a warrior who constantly wins each day knowing there will be more tomorrow. Never give up and just know that even though it is hard, You have the strength and courage to get through anything.
